Carlotta Montorsi
Hi, welcome to my home page!
I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Turin, Department of Economics and Statistics, and a Research Fellow at LISER (Luxembourg).
I completed my PhD in Economics and Computational Social Sciences (Joint degree) at the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER) and Insubria University, as a part of the DRIVEN Doctoral Training Unit at the University of Luxembourg.
My interest lies at the intersection of applied microeconomics and machine learning, especially topics in Labour Economics, and the Economics of Discrimination. My current research aims at developing state-of-the-art machine learning methods trained on administrative data to address economic questions.
